We didn't stay there, however went in for breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff, security staff approached us the moment we pulled over also acknowledged us on our way out.Restaurant staff were attentive,didn't get their names.Nice ambience at the al fresco seating. Value for money breakfast. Only minor feedback is about water glass, which had kind of an odour. Rest all good.

Orient Crown is nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast is good. Hotel has in room dining so you can enjoy veg and non veg food plus a good bar. Staff is very very helpful. Good parking facility available for guests. It's a budget hotel.

Had 2 nights stay at the hotel with the family. Amazing place either u stay with family or friends or solo. Prominent location, Great food, very very courteous staff and all the requested are met so quickly. Definitely my place whenever I visit Kolhapur.

I stayed at this hotel for a night on 27th December. Here is my feedback and observations: 1. Checkin took lot of time, in fact they took about 30 minutes to return my ID card. 2. Rooms are bit shady, I was not feeling comfortable with family. We didn't get any other options near by and it was late so decided to stay back. We were the only ones on the floor. 3. Rooms are not maintained well, I could smell cigarette smoke, may be from last guests who stayed there. 4. Bathrooms were not clean, it had a liquid soap that was like water and 2 dirty towels that we never used. 5. Restaurant was somehow good. Food was good. 6. We had to leave early by 6:00 and we were assured by person sitting at front desk that they will arrange for tea and sandwiches for us in the morning since we were starting much before their breakfast buffet starts and for which we had paid. Next day in the morning, they did not pick the calls from room and when we checked out, the guy sitting at front desk flatly refused even for a cup of tea. He told it does not matter what we were told by other person on duty the previous day. May be he was upset since I woke him up from his sleep!! Overall I would avoid this hotel at any cost. Go for it if you are not with family and there is no other option, remember to carry some sanitizer, soap and preferably your personal towel. Highly disappointed.
